Students will learn about the distribution of power in the colony, how a House of Assembly works, and will have the opportunity to vote on a new bill.
- As the representative of the King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, students will discover that the Governor General, George Ramsay, played an important role in the early days of parliamentarism;
- The importance of the of the Saint-Louis forts and châteaux on the Quebec headland colonial power (French and British periods);
- Virtual reality with an artifact discovered on the site to explain the importance and status of the governor in the Empire;
- Presentation on parliamentarism and voting by the participating classes.
